Heimische Honigsorten kommen von Natur aus von den verschiedensten Pflanzen und jeder Honig ist v\u00f6llig einzigartig&nbsp;im Geschmack. Als Imker gehe ich besonders sorgf\u00e4ltig mit dem Honig um.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich bei meinen Bienen nach dem Rechten sehe, sch\u00fcttle ich erst mal jede Hektik ab. Die m\u00f6gen Bienen n\u00e4mlich gar nicht. Die macht sie stechfreudig. K\u00f6nnt ihr mir glauben. Und Hektik habe ich in meinem Leben sowieso genug.<\/p>\n<p>Vor einigen Jahren habe ich zum Ausgleich zu meinem Beruf ins Bienen-Universum gest\u00fcrzt. Zuerst mit Hilfe eines Freundes learning by doing, doch schnell wurde mir bewu\u00dft, dass das richtige Hintergrundwissen f\u00fcr die Betreuung der Bienenv\u00f6lker n\u00f6tig ist.
